Senior Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Lead to join our team and oversee the execution of high-profile commercial newbuild projects.
About the Opportunity- The successful candidate will lead the project team in planning, budgeting, and delivery of client project outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leverage extensive experience in project management to drive strategic planning and execution, meeting client expectations and timelines.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and ensure business continuity.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, encouraging open communication and transparency among team members.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as construction, engineering, or business administration.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project plans, progress, and outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve their full potential.
