Housekeeping Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Leader to join our team at a globally recognized hotel brand. This is a unique opportunity to oversee all aspects of the housekeeping department and contribute to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. You will manage a team and uphold IHG brand standards by implementing quality assurance measures, conducting regular inspections, and monitoring housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day housekeeping operations
  • Supervise, train, and support housekeeping team members
  • Ensure all rooms and public areas meet IHG cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and equipment
  • Maintain cost-effective staffing levels and departmental efficiency
  • Conduct regular inspections and implement quality assurance measures
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations

About You

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Leader or Assistant Housekeeper in a hotel environment
  • Strong team leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards
  • Familiarity with housekeeping systems, protocols, and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-occupancy environment
  • Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
