Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

The role of Financial Operations Coordinator is a dynamic position that supports the Northern Queensland region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounts/bookkeeping and be happy to get stuck in and help out wherever required.

This position involves timely processing of monthly financial reports, reconciliations, effective management of office systems, efficient running of the office, accurate documentation of key meetings, and organisation of key communications and events for staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly financial reports, reports and reconciliations in a timely manner
  • Maintain and administer various office systems
  • Run the office efficiently, including supplies, mail, calls, messages, couriers and general office maintenance
  • Document key meetings, such as audits, health and safety meetings and team meetings
  • Organise key communications and events for staff
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a professional services office environment
  • At least 2 years experience with financial management and invoicing
  • Relevant qualification in administration, bookkeeping, business or similar
  • Preferred experience with MYOB
