Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze content briefs to understand key objectives and deliverables.">
  • Translate briefs into clear, actionable directions for the writing team.">
  • Assign and manage tasks for the writing team, aligning responsibilities with individual strengths and brief deliverables.">
  • Drive creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and humorous content ideas.">
  • Lead and facilitate the writers' room, fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.">
  • Review and provide insightful feedback on team members scripts, ensuring they meet the highest standards of humour and brand alignment.">

About You:

As a successful Content Strategist, you will have:

  • A deep understanding of social media trends and platforms, particularly in the realm of comedy.">
  • Proven experience as a content lead, showrunner, head writer, or similar role in comedy or content creation on social or other content platforms.">
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a talent for creating engaging and humorous content.">
  • Experience in using scripting and post-production software/tools beneficial but not essential.">
