Reliable Maintenance Technician Wanted

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Your primary focus will be on performing scheduled mechanical maintenance activities in accordance with our preventative maintenance program. You will also replace, fabricate, and machine components on plant and equipment as needed.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to recommend and undertake improvement projects on plant and machinery, complete condition monitoring and inspections of fixed plant and mobile equipment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will require a trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Metal Fabricator, good mechanical aptitude, and experience working with crushing, screening, milling, kiln, and hydrator equipment. Sound welding, fabrication, and/or machining skills are also highly regarded.
Other requirements include a current driver's license, ability to drive manual vehicles, and a willingness to learn new skills. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
