We are seeking an experienced Transportation Skills Trainer to join our team based on the Central Coast of NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and developing internal training programs, conducting on-site training with new and existing employees, and ensuring employees are trained to operate in line with company standards.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with our Logistics division, supporting customers throughout Australia. Our national fleet consists of over 300 trucks ranging from HR to MC vehicles. You will be required to travel frequently to our other sites as needed.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for drivers
  • Conduct on-site training sessions to ensure employees meet company standards
  • Maintain current industry knowledge and skills for various vehicles
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A current MC licence and extensive driving experience (Volvo experience advantageous)
  • Formal qualifications in training and assessment
  • Strong understanding of mass management and fatigue management rules
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
