This is a permanent and full-time role with flexibility for working from home between service times. The Director of Service will start off with a 5 week induction program to set them up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor, and Regional Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with the school, managing compliance and medical documentation, and being the glue that connects the service with the school community. They will also be responsible for rostering their team of passionate educators and planning enriching experiences every day.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be a natural leader with an eye for detail. They will also have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children and be energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN.
About This Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant and passionate community of like-minded individuals who are social, friendly, and ooze positivity. As a Director of Service, you will have autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver engaging programs and activities for children. You will also have access to structured training programs, professional development days, and mentor support from the Operations team.
