Groundwater Modelling Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to head our national Groundwater Modelling team.

The successful candidate will have excellent project coordination and management skills, with the ability to motivate staff and develop their careers. You will also have strong commercial acumen and technical excellence, with a proven track record in managing large technical projects, particularly complex groundwater modelling projects.

You will work closely with our state-based groundwater and surface water team leaders to deliver solutions for our clients, as well as collaborate directly with the Technical Discipline Manager and Hydrogeology Technical Directors to implement our business plan.

In this role, you will contribute to winning work by identifying and converting opportunities, drawing on your client relationships and business development acumen. You will also build, nurture and maintain ongoing client relationships, and experience or understanding of the broader water market would be highly regarded.
