Role Summary



The Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the sales strategy for InfraBuild Steel and Tube's operations in Tasmania. This role will involve leading a team of account managers and customer service officers, developing business development plans, and driving sales growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead a team of account managers and customer service officers to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement business development plans to drive sales growth
  • Monitor and manage sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management


Requirements



The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of the Tasmanian market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
