Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  • Assist in business expansion by promoting CFD crypto products and related services.
  • Utilize strong sales skills to identify and build client pipelines within the crypto space.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new crypto clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze trends and market dynamics in Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies, conduct analysis, and provide clients with professional insights and potential trading opportunities.

Client Service:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels to ensure crypto client satisfaction.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to crypto client inquiries, and effectively resolve issues clients encounter while using the platform or crypto products.
  • Communicate and provide feedback to clients on cryptocurrency market movements and platform trading tools.

Performance and Goal Orientation:

  • Achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales targets and activity levels.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest Bitcoin and broader crypto market knowledge, CFD industry information, and details of TMGM's trading platforms and crypto products.
  • Expand knowledge about Bitcoin, other popular cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and relevant macroeconomic factors to better serve clients.
