Online Growth Specialist

This is a unique chance to drive the online growth of a wellness brand.
The brand's mission is to help people feel good in their bodies by providing compact, functional and affordable tools that fit into real routines - supporting recovery and relief for everyday people.
You'll be responsible for:- Lifting conversion rates, Average Transaction Value (ATV) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Making Shopify perform at its best by scaling conversion rates and optimising customer journeys.
- Email marketing strategy: Building flows that grow LTV and retention using Klaviyo.
- Website trading: Managing day-to-day trading, merchandising, UX optimisation, conversion rate, and ATV.
- Growth collaboration: Working closely with paid media specialists on campaigns and customer acquisition.
- Creative partnership: Partnering with creative strategists to deliver campaigns that inspire and convert.
- Performance mindset: Tracking KPIs across revenue, conversion, Average Order Value (AOV) and retention - and making commercial decisions fast.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo and Google Analytics 4.
- A proven track record of scaling conversion rates and customer value.
- A strong background in ecommerce trading and lifecycle/email marketing.
- Ability to partner with both paid media and creative functions.
- A balance of creative eye + commercial rigour.
