Branch Coordinator Job Opportunity

As a highly motivated Branch Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of branch operations, including managing warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, taking a proactive approach to sales, handling administrative duties and WHS compliance, and assisting the Branch Manager in day-to-day activities.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager, contributing significantly to branch operations and overall efficiency. This role requires you to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including a national team, customers, and suppliers, while contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude, a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and safety, and sound computer skills.

To be successful in this role, you'll have experience in customer sales, service, and a similar administrative role, Microsoft 365 office, intermediate-level Excel skills and exposure to reporting, great initiative and a positive can-do attitude, organisational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, and communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff and customers.
