Job Title: Support Operations Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our operations team. As a Support Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving and dispatching goods, providing assistance to technicians with computer hardware assembly, maintaining associated paperwork, and performing general duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and dispatching goods in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing support to technicians with computer hardware assembly, ensuring that all equipment is properly configured and functioning correctly.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, including receipts, dispatches, and stock levels.
  • Performing general duties as required, such as cleaning, maintenance, and other tasks assigned by management.
