Business Development Analyst Position\

At Ventia, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in driving strategic sourcing decisions and creating value across a diverse supplier base.

  • The Opportunity
As a Business Development Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality category analysis, actionable data insights, and supporting end-to-end tender administration. Your expertise will help identify opportunities to drive cost savings and supplier consolidation.
  • Data Analysis & Insights
You will utilize various tools like Excel, Power BI, Coupa, and SAP Ariba to extract and analyze procurement data. You will provide meaningful insights for supplier segmentation and risk mitigation. Additionally, you will work with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Tender Administration (Source to Contract)
You will support RFI/RFP development, evaluation, and contract award processes. Furthermore, you will manage documentation, timelines, and stakeholder coordination to ensure adherence to procurement policies and governance.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field. You should have solid experience in procurement, category management, or data analytics. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Power BI are also essential. You will also require excellent time management and project coordination experience. Experience with sourcing events and contract administration is desirable.
