Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead guided Segway tours through the city and ensure a fun and rewarding experience for customers
  • Instruct customers on how to use Segways safely and effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • No prior experience as a tour guide or Segway instructor is required
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends
  • Fitness level: moderate to good
  • A happy, friendly and pleasant nature
  • Able to start work immediately or ASAP
