Local Area Marketing Specialist

  • Contribute to the development of tailored marketing initiatives that drive community engagement and build local awareness for retirement living villages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute local marketing plans aligned with project sales timelines and objectives, enhancing customer journeys through CRM-based communications and tracking key touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, referrers, and community organisations, fostering trust and local presence.
  • Organise and promote local events, pop-ups, and information sessions to engage with older Australians and their families.
  • Brief creative agencies and manage the creation of relevant local content, including brochures, flyers, and photography.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years' experience in marketing, community engagement, or partnership roles.
  • Excellent communication skills across various stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Proven experience developing and executing local marketing initiatives, translating local knowledge into impactful actions.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple activities.
