About the Role

The Just Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our Smiggle team in Darwin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and stockroom operations to ensure efficient and effective stock management
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products that meet customer needs and drive sales growth
