The Just Group is a leading Australian retail company with a strong presence in the market.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our Smiggle team in Darwin.

About the Role:

As a Store Manager with Smiggle, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in your store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve store appearance
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including stock levels and stock loss
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
