Executive Housekeeper Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced housekeeping professional to take on the role of Executive Housekeeper. In this position, you will be responsible for leading a small team of housekeepers and ensuring that our property meets the high standards of cleanliness and presentation expected by our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a small housekeeping team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure that all areas of the property are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with other departments, including front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with housekeeping operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
