We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Sourcing and Partnerships Specialist. This key position plays a vital part in our organization, responsible for forging collaborative relationships with suppliers to minimize risk and create value for clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, due diligence, onboarding, and training for new suppliers to ensure seamless integration.">
  • Develop and enhance performance management processes to monitor supplier performance, guaranteeing compliance with established key performance indicators, standards, and regulations.">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases for supplier information.">
  • Strategically manage agreements and relationships with suppliers to provide timely and cost-effective supply of products and services meeting client and internal service line requirements.">
  • Improve and maintain supply agreements and tender documentation to optimize efficiency.">
  • Effectively resolve contractual and supplier/customer disputes to maintain good supplier/customer relationships.">
