We are seeking a Disability Support Worker who is fluent in Vietnamese to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.


The ideal candidate will be empathetic, fun, caring and a compelling person to assist our NDIS clients in their daily outings and appointments.


About the Role:
  • Provide intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve their physical and mental health.
  • Plan client's activities and other social outings, develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.
  • Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.
  • Assist clients with their daily living needs, including domestic assistance and social support.
  • Plan and accompany clients on social outings and activities.
Requirements:
  • English and Vietnamese speaking skills.
  • Full Australian driver's license and must have a car.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Working with Children Check.
