About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Central Coast Council. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that development applications, construction certificates, and other building-related matters are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and process development applications, construction certificates, and other building-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory controls and regulations
  • Provide quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health and Building Surveying or equivalent experience
  • Eligible for Registration under the Building and Development Certifiers Act 2018 at Building Inspector or Building Surveyor level
  • Class C Drivers Licence
