Audology Partnership OpportunityThe Kingaroy store, located within the bustling Kingaroy Shoppingworld, is poised to launch audiology services, catering to the growing local community. As a joint venture partner, you will have the opportunity to transform your career and take on a leadership role.

- Participate in a rigorous 2.5-week clinical standards and business management induction program.
- Benefit from full administrative support, including payroll, accounts payable, marketing, IT, and supply chain assistance.
- Receive a guaranteed salary between $100,000 and $110,000 plus superannuation, paid fortnightly, along with annual profit and the future value of your shares in the business.
- Enjoy 5 weeks of annual leave and birthday leave, plus two free pairs of glasses per year.
- Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology).
- Have at least two years of clinical experience post-qualification.
- Possess high-level interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strategic working relationships.
- Demonstrate ability to lead and collaborate effectively to achieve desired business outcomes.
