The Opportunity:

This is an exciting chance to become a Senior Legal Expert in Consumer Finance at Ashurst, a renowned organisation in the finance sector.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Consumer Credit (NCC knowledge) and privacy laws. Ideally, you will have experience in commercial contracts and financial regulation or technology-related contracts and advisory activities.

As a Senior Legal Expert, you will support our in-house legal team with key strategic projects and/or business-as-usual tasks. You must be able to hit the ground running, work closely with a fast-paced team, and demonstrate excellent prioritisation skills.

A minimum of 8 years' experience is required, along with a current practicing certificate and the right to live and work in Australia.
