Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

Hearth Allied Health is a growing business offering a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team of Occupational Therapists and Allied Health professionals.

As an experienced Occupational Therapist, you will be guided by one of Australia's leading therapists with expertise in NDIS home and living solutions.

This role offers the chance to work on long-term plans with clients, guiding clinicians to build relationships and make recommendations for future-focused home and living goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Occupational Therapist, a positive attitude towards people with disability, and good working knowledge of the NDIS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver client-driven therapy services
  • Lead and mentor a team of Occupational Therapists and Allied Health professionals
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet client needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent degree
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Employee WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current driving licence and registered vehicle
