Job Summary

This strategic role leads the design and implementation of enterprise-wide AI enabled solutions with cutting-edge technology and makes a significant impact in the field of automation and AI.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop workflow automations using Low-code/No-code tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Copilot Studio.
  • Design and develop robust AI agents using Python programming language.
  • Integrate Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) to enable natural language understanding, summarisation, and form extraction.
  • Develop secure and scalable Connectors and API integrations between business systems.
  • Maintain and improve a platform for evaluating AI agents.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for AI innovation.
  • Ensure smooth post-deployment operations and change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technology roles, with at least 3 years in automation and AI specific engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
  • Experience in financial services is a strong advantage.
  • A strong understanding of emerging technologies such as generative AI, machine learning, and automation.
