Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining modular and reusable workflows through container and workflow management technologies
  • Staying current on advances in computational methods, genomics, and biological domain expertise

We seek a highly motivated PhD degree holder in a related area of science or engineering with strong statistical knowledge and programming skills. The ideal candidate has experience analyzing and interpreting genomics data and publications commensurate with experience.
