Job Overview

The IT Change Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of changes to production technology systems and services. This requires strategic planning, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deliver, and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with current ITSM, MSP, and Cloud project requirements.
  • Implement a local change process that complements the SS&C Enterprise Change Framework (ECF).
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technology adoption by aligning workflows, promoting consistent knowledge sharing, and delivering change initiatives.
  • Own the IT change process, facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, governing the presentation, assessment, and approval of Change Requests.
  • Perform detailed change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and risk mitigation strategies across business and technical streams.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, and business SMEs to synchronize change efforts with technical delivery.
  • Monitor and report on change performance metrics, including success rates, change-related incidents, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and transformational change delivery.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong team player with experience working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Change Management or IT Service Management roles.
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework and change management tools.
  • Proven ability to drive process establishment and evolution across complex businesses.
