Duties To act as Solicitor in criminal and other litigious matters on behalf of the State of Tasmania, its instrumentalities and Agencies before the Supreme Court, Magistrates Court and Tribunals.
To assist in applications under the Crime (Confiscation of Profits) Act 1993.
To provide advice to the Director as requested in relation to criminal matters.
To provide policy advice to the Director in relation to legal reform and other matters.
Admitted or eligible for admission as a Barrister or Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania.
