Imaginative Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Green Leaves Early Learning Centres. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). You will have prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation.

You will also have knowledge of various early years theories and be able to apply them in a practical setting. As a team player, you will be open to different views, receptive to feedback, and committed to reflecting on best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Mentor and support educators to ensure they meet the highest standards of curriculum and documentation
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with the centre's management team to achieve strategic goals

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current ACECQA-approved Diploma and/or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
  • A current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
