Role Overview

Our esteemed client, a leading provider of civil projects, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Site Supervisor to join their highly valued team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site activities, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to achieve project objectives and meet client expectations.
  • Supervise and direct site operations, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track build progress, working closely with the construction support team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead site audits, client meetings, approvals, safety inspections, and other necessary activities, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that workers adhere to company safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven delivery experience in the Australian market, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Clear leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams, delegate tasks, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
