Care for Others as a Senior Assistant

Job Description:

As a senior care assistant, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality support and care to our residents. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement effective strategies for delivering excellent care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of dedicated care assistants
  • Support our clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and care reviews

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical care for older adults
  • A compassionate and committed approach to providing individualized care and support
