About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Lead to join our team in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our risk and compliance frameworks, providing guidance to the business, and ensuring the effective implementation of our risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong risk culture, embedding standard operational risk and opportunity management frameworks across all bids and projects.
- Support the development and maintenance of risk management software, including user access provisioning and management, end-user support and training, and assisting in the development of new modules.
- Conduct independent operational reviews of projects to provide assurance to Leadership on progression and potential risks during both mobilisation and delivery phases.
- Analyse key metric indicators and operational risk to identify project trends and liaise with responsible parties to understand and monitor risk management strategies.
- Maintain the compliance framework and programme, including conducting business ethics company and project audits and reviews on adherence to the Group Code of Conduct.
About You
- Minimum of three years' experience in risk and compliance or project delivery, preferably within the construction and engineering industry.
- Experience working in a large and complex organisation.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- Sound experience with frameworks and policies.
- Ability to read and interpret legislative changes into practice.
- Technically strong with ability to use initiative.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills on all levels.
