Heavy Equipment Trailer Technician

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Trailer Technician to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and be able to work with tools.
  • The role involves working on industrial trailers transporting mining equipment, using mechanical expertise.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Work with mechanical fitters to assemble trailers, checking brakes and suspension systems.
  • Change tires, perform oil changes, and replace bearings, while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
  • Assist in setting up tooling and cleaning the workshop area.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with heavy equipment and industrial trailers is highly beneficial.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.
  • Physically fit, with a strong safety focus.

Working Details:

  • Casual or temp-to-perm position available.
  • 10 hour shift, day shift, morning shift schedule.
  • Western Australia location.

Working Requirements:

  • Australia (preferred) Work Authorisation.
