Customer Sales Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team in Alice Springs. As the face of our business, you will build trusted relationships with local businesses, support their growth, and ensure they have what they need to keep their communities fed.

This is a hands-on sales role where you will manage a portfolio of customers, representing half of the Alice Springs customer base. You will spend your days out on the road, visiting local businesses, strengthening relationships, and finding opportunities to grow their baskets.

You will work independently across Alice Springs and the surrounding 90km radius, with the support of a friendly and down-to-earth team of 7. You will enjoy both autonomy and the backing of an award-winning Branch Manager who is known for her supportive, hands-off style.

Key responsibilities include building strong, reliable relationships with a diverse customer base, visiting existing accounts regularly, delivering exceptional customer service, and proactively selling and promoting our product range.

To thrive in this role, you will bring reliability, consistent and customer-focused approach, strong communication skills, sales drive, self-motivation, local knowledge, and product knowledge.
