Empowering Students to Achieve Long-Term Careers

This is a unique and fulfilling opportunity to support students with disabilities achieve sustainable employment. Your role will involve coaching and developing participants to enhance their future career prospects.
The main purpose of this position is to create and implement a personalized roadmap for each participant, incorporating mentoring, internships, and extracurricular activities.
- Coach and develop participants to increase their employability.
- Design and deliver a tailored approach for each participant, including one-on-one coaching and group workshops.
- Utilize neuroscience tools to assess participants' profiles, identifying strengths, areas for development, and suitable work types.
As a successful candidate, you should have a genuine passion for helping individuals living with mental and physical health conditions.
Experience in coaching individuals to achieve long-term careers, particularly those with disabilities, is highly desirable.
You should be confident in facilitating engaging group workshops and possess experience in recruitment and marketing.
A strong ability to drive results through building relationships and knowledge is essential.
Flexibility in working hours is required, with occasional out-of-hours work possible.
