Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the cleanliness and organization of our remote mine site village.

About the Role:

  • Cleanliness Supervisor - manage a team focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all accommodation rooms and facilities.
  • Lead by example, providing hands-on support to the team, utilizing initiative and problem-solving skills when challenges arise.
  • Prioritize tasks according to team and business needs.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights.
  • Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check.
  • Proven leadership skills, outstanding work ethic, and focus on delivering exceptional service to meet client expectations.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of workplace safety with a supervisory background.
  • Experience in managing teams and previous experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in a similar role for a large hotel or resort, are desirable.
