Job Title: Senior Application Architect

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Developer to lead our development teams and drive the delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building team capability, establishing/refining processes/practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading development teams and delivering complex projects
  • Building team capability and establishing/refining processes/practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a software developer with leadership experience
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Vlocity components, including Omni Script, Data Raptor, and Integration Procedures
  • Proficient in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Experience with Dev Ops practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure and version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools
  • High level Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Omnistudio Developer/Consultant, Salesforce Architect Domain)

The ideal candidate will possess high-level Salesforce certifications, have successfully implemented minimum 5+ Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using an agile methodology, and be comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development.
