Job Overview

Ikon Institute is seeking an Early Childhood Education professional to teach and assess students. The role involves delivering the course in a dynamic manner, facilitating learning, and providing an engaging experience.

About You

We are looking for a passionate individual with excellent communication skills, who can facilitate face-to-face and online learning. You will have good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work in a team within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the course and facilitate student engagement, consultation, and communication of student issues.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Engage in weekly subject forums and discussions.
  • Mark student assessments within specific timeframes and to the required standards.
  • Participate in moderation and benchmarking activities as required.
  • Attend faculty meetings and student consultations as required.
Requirements

A PhD or Master's qualification in Early Childhood Education is required. Minimum 2 years of practicing experience in the field is also necessary. Teaching or tutoring experience is desirable.
