Sales Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Australian sales team in the electrical industry. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, managing distributors, and providing training and support to customers.
">- Sales Management: You will be accountable for achieving sales targets and objectives in the electrical business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Australian sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Distributor Management: Manage existing distributors and appoint new ones to expand our reach in the market.
- Training and Support: Provide regular training and support to customers to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively use our products.
About You
">You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales management and customer relationships. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers. You are also highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Managerial Experience: Minimum of five years managerial experience in sales or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with large corporates.
- Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Electrical engineering experience and knowledge of the energy markets is desirable.
- Languages: Skilled in English reading and writing.
