Senior IT Service Management Specialist

As a seasoned expert in ServiceNow ITOM, you will work with clients during requirements gathering and design phases. You will help structure the delivery of solutions with a focus on IT operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive successful ITOM implementations in large organisations.
  • Deliver ServiceNow configuration, testing, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, solution design, test planning, deployment and hyper care activities.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, design phases and help structure delivery to clients with emphasis on ITOM.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of ServiceNow administration and development experience.
  • Hands-on delivery exposure with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, ITOM Service Mapping and CSDM & CMDB.
  • Mandatory ServiceNow CSA certification and additional key certifications including CIS certifications or CAD.
  • Strong development experience in JavaScript for ServiceNow customisations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high level of organisation and time management, and ability to work proactively and autonomously in a deadline-driven environment.
