Responsibilities:

* Work with tax partners to provide tax advice on corporate transactions, tax due diligences, ATO rulings, tax audits, stamp duty, and GST
* Provide tax advice on restructurings, wealth and succession planning
* Manage tax audits and provide advice on tax disputes
* Foster strong client relationships and work closely with clients on their tax and commercial requirements

Requirements:

* At least 3 years post-admission experience in tax law
* First-class tax and commercial skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* First-rate advising and drafting skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Highly-developed organisational skills
* Ability to work independently, but within a team-focused environment
* Drive, ambition, and enthusiasm for practising law that is results-driven
