Operational Customer Service Manager

Our organization seeks a seasoned Pre-Site Operational Customer Support professional to manage customer expectations, deliver exceptional service, and maintain accurate records throughout the pre-construction journey.
Responsibilities:- Provide regular updates on the status of customers' homes during the pre-construction process.
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate project records and communicate efficiently with drafting, estimating, studio, and external suppliers.
- Ensure customer quality control through professional report compilation.
- Construction industry experience is essential for this role.
- Ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the pre-construction journey.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and meet deadlines in order to meet performance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL are required.
