Lead the Way in Landscape Subdivisions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Subdivisions Coordinator to join our team at Wyndham City Council. As a key member of our planning and building department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our city's landscape and urban design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality landscape and urban design outcomes in growth areas.
  • Develop and implement effective service delivery models to meet the needs of our community.
  • Negotiate improved development outcomes with developers and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management and Council on design issues and projects.
  • Prepare project briefs and supervise external consultants to deliver services on behalf of Council.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in landscape and urban design projects within local government or the private sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and provide clear advice.
  • Proven ability to effectively address and resolve strategic issues in a growth area municipality.
