We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in SA, working on long-term NBN Projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive your career further and be part of a dynamic team that creates, connects, and cares for communities.

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for developing great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, completing take-offs and preparing tender scope of works, and ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the ITP and closed-out to specified requirements.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including telco CN-1234 documentation and construction processes, telecommunication power design & construction, and conceptual HVAC design. You will also be responsible for aligning with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership, and adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Completing take-offs and preparing tender scope of works
  • Preparing RFQ Packages and coordinating site visits with sub-contractors
  • Adhering to program of works and attending tender reviews with project teams
  • Answering queries from client representatives regarding general and technical engineering issues
  • Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the ITP and closed-out to specified requirements

Requirements:

  • Telco CN-1234 documentation and construction processes (essential)
  • Telecommunication power design & construction inclusive of AC & DC infrastructure, solar, SGP & ATS (essential)
  • Conceptual HVAC design including heat load calculations (essential)
  • Alarm infrastructure in telecommunication environment (essential)
  • Contract management and subcontractor engagement (essential)
  • Telco contract/project management platform TCSS & PACA (preferred)
