Executive & Business Operations Manager

You will play a vital role in supporting the Executive Leadership Team, managing the Support Office, and coordinating enterprise activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working on diverse tasks and taking ownership of your responsibilities.
The primary focus is on:
- Managing the insurance, claims, and injury management function for workers compensation.
- Providing administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, Support Office, Functions, and Projects as required.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and coordinating facilities within the Support Office, including cleanliness, kitchen restocking, parking, and desk allocations.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new starters at the Support Office, including scheduling induction, arranging access passes and IT equipment, and providing overviews of tools and business processes.
- Managing Contractor and Visitor Management, including site familiarization and communication of activities.
- Acting as the point of contact for landlord and tenancy queries.
- Handling various administration duties, such as producing and executing agreements, assisting support functions during peak periods, coordinating support office service awards, managing information for company security licenses, and calendar management.
- Maintaining record-keeping functions to support emergency events or business continuity planning.
- Managing administrative projects, including building insurance timetables, supporting the management of the annual calendar of events, and assisting with enterprise project governance.
- Coordinating and communicating Support Office projects, including re-location activities.
- Organizing events and meetings, including documentation, catering, transport, and accommodation arrangements.
- Facilitating travel arrangements in line with the travel policy and relevant approvals.
- Maintaining business contact registers and locations.
- Providing assistance with internal communications and media inquiries when required.
- A strong service orientation and positive attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
- Capacity to manage varied requirements and handle conflicting priorities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
