Our National Service Centre, located in Modbury SA, operates extended hours as a Contact Centre between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work required hours is essential.

  • Is available to work rostered shifts of up to 8 hours, between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, including non-national public holidays

As an Engagement Consultant, you will engage with Jobseekers daily, working closely with front office staff to schedule appointments and activities according to our Service Delivery Model. You will exercise judgment, set priorities, and schedule work to meet deadlines.

About the Role

Work in partnership with our national network of sites to ensure all Jobseekers are engaged with Employment Plus according to our Service Delivery Model.

Ours is a dynamic environment that requires agility, flexibility, and advanced computer skills. You will need to think critically and be able to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
