Job Title: Top Performing Installation Leader

This role is a high-profile leadership opportunity that requires elite-level expertise in installing air conditioning systems. As a Top Performing Installation Leader, you will spearhead a small team and work closely with senior management to shape the future of our installation division.


About the Role

You will be responsible for leading and managing installation projects, installing ducted, split, VRF & cassette air conditioning systems, overseeing a small installation team and mentoring apprentices, collaborating with project managers and office staff, ensuring exceptional workmanship and adherence to standards, resolving issues promptly and taking initiative on-site, and actively contributing to improving our installation processes and decision-making.

  • Lead and manage installation projects – from pre-site preparation to final completion
  • Install ducted, split, VRF & cassette air conditioning systems
  • Oversee a small installation team and mentor apprentices
  • Collaborate with project managers and office staff
  • E nsure exceptional workmanship and adherence to standards
  • Resolve issues promptly and take initiative on-site
  • Contribute actively to improving our installation processes and decision-making

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid driver's license
  • A Construction White Card
  • The ability to lead and manage a small team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
