About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Investment Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting investment origination and commercial assessment.

You will build financial models, conduct valuation work, and deliver in-depth industry and company analysis. This includes assisting with transaction execution and advisor management across multiple workstreams.

You will also prepare investment committee materials and presentation packs, working closely with portfolio company management on strategic and operational initiatives.

Additionally, you will support portfolio monitoring, value creation projects, and eventual exits.

  • Investment Origination: Support the development of new investment opportunities by conducting market research, identifying potential targets, and evaluating their viability.
  • Financial Modeling: Create comprehensive financial models to assess the performance of potential investments, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and scenario planning.
  • Valuation: Conduct detailed valuations of companies to determine their fair market value, taking into account various factors such as revenue growth, profitability, and industry trends.
  • Transaction Execution: Assist in the negotiation and execution of transactions, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
  • Advisor Management: Manage relationships with external advisors, including lawyers, bankers, and consultants, to ensure that they are providing valuable insights and expertise.

Candidate Profile:

  • Professional Experience: 1.5-5 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity, or related buy-side roles.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical and analytical skills, with sound commercial judgment.
  • Collaboration and Communication: A proactive and collaborative approach, with excellent communication skills and comfort engaging senior stakeholders.
