Commercial Sales Executive

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and selling our range of fuel, lubricants, and energy solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing complex customer portfolios and a commercial mindset to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing a healthy, forward-looking sales pipeline
- Develop and execute sales plans while managing high-value customer relationships
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with experience closing complex contracts in competitive environments
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
We are looking for a results-driven B2B sales professional with the following skills and qualifications:
- Success in new business growth – from cold calling through to securing the business
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans while managing high-value customer relationships
- Strong analytical skills with solid CRM platform experience (e.g. Salesforce)
